The 2005 Briggs and Stratton Power Products/Slingshot by Tobias National Tour is scheduled for 39 races, running at 16 different venues throughout the Northeast. The Championship Trail will determine the 2005 Slingshot by Tobias National Champion and three Regional Champions (Southern, Northwestern, and Northeastern).

Briggs and Stratton Power Products will again act as the Tour's Title Sponsor. The Slingshot by Tobias Division continues to be the largest Motorsports user of the Briggs and Stratton Vanguard V-Twin engine.

Supporting the Tour through associate corporate sponsorship will be Afco Racing Products, Lucas Oil Products, Dyno Cams, Leaf Racewear, and OpenWheelRacing.com.
